![]() ![]() Quinton is a Board Member for the Minority Leaders and Citizens Council (MLCC) as well as an Alumni of Leadership ISD. Q also served Fort Worth ISD as member of the Citizen’s Oversight Committee (C.O.C.). Currently he serves as a member of the Race Equity Committee aiding in formulating a racial/equity policy for the district and is a member of the Race Equity Task Force for the Early Learning Alliance. He also served as a Steering Committee and Advisory Council member for the Paul Laurence Dunbar Young Men’s Leadership Academy for the Fort Worth Independent School District. Phillips has been a program coordinator with “Da” Village Education Center and served five years as a behavioral interventionist with Lena Pope Home Inc. Most recently, the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Board of Directors elected Phillips ISD to an interim position on the TASB Board, representing TASB Region 11, Position B. Quinton was a Juvenile Probation Officer for nearly a decade, and he remained at the forefront of cultural competency for Tarrant County and the Mental Health Connection. Quinton has spent over a decade helping to facilitate a cultural diversity and leadership camp for high school students and has now served the Multicultural Alliance for two decades.
